Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional working groups to establish ethical AI design principles
- Advocate for transparency in AI systems through explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Monitor emerging AI regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations throughout development lifecycles
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven track record developing corporate AI ethics policies and procedures
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration between engineering, policy, and ethics teams
