Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for large-scale production deployments.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating state-of-the-art algorithms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and data science, with at least 5 years in a lead technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
