Responsibilities
- Architect Enterprise-Grade AI Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural networks for the Vision 2026 platform.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like Neuro-Symbolic AI and Edge Computing to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
- Manage High-Impact Teams: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid prototyping.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate complex research papers into deployable production code, optimizing for both performance and energy efficiency.
- Ensure Ethical AI Compliance: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and aligned with global safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative architectures is highly valued.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems that handle petabyte-scale data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced startup or high-tech environment.
