Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure, leveraging cloud-native technologies and edge computing.
- Lead code reviews and technical decision-making for complex, large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Drive the integration of generative AI and predictive analytics into core workflows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
