Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers in the design and implementation of next-gen AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for long-term AI capabilities.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and bias mitigation in all model training processes.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency at scale.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ML projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and generative AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
