Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Intelligence: Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI systems capable of processing complex datasets for the 2026 market.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype breakthrough technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex transitions and scaling products from startup to enterprise.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
