Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI infrastructure, specifically tailored to the trends and capabilities expected in 2026.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and cloud architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements (LLMs, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) and integrate them into our core products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
