Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for Aether's core algorithms leading up to the 2026 product launch.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation to production deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation in ethical AI and responsible machine learning practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in deep learning and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles is a strong plus.
