Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and select emerging technologies to drive the roadmap for Project 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D: Conduct research on cutting-edge AI models and algorithms to integrate into the Project 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
