Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers in R&D initiatives.
- Optimize model performance for real-time processing on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to production systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership abilities, and clear communication.
