- Design robust distributed systems that can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in optimizing algorithmic efficiency and reducing inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system stability and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready architectures) into our core stack.

- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
