Responsibilities
Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions for complex business challenges.Lead a team of top-tier engineers in R&D initiatives for Neural Networks.Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic goals.Optimize deep learning models for high-performance computing environments.Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with edge computing and quantum-ready algorithms is highly desirable.
