Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers in developing cutting-edge solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and implement best practices for ethical AI, ensuring algorithmic transparency and fairness in all deployments.
- Collaborate with product leadership to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core enterprise platforms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship to drive engineering excellence across the organization.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Deep Learning, NLP, and Autonomous Systems to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and big data technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring technical teams and driving project delivery from conception to launch.
