Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge generative models, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and inference optimization to reduce latency and costs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, aligning with business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research from top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into production systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
