Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap for the 2026 technology cycle, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to deploy scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reliability, explainability, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate abstract 2026 concepts into tangible software solutions.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuro-Symbolic AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
