Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions that scale to millions of users.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI to define the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for high-performance inference and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
