Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture for our 2026 AI product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and researchers.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and generative AI to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
