Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance AI architectures for large-scale machine learning systems.
- Lead the strategic vision for integrating Generative AI models into core product offerings.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from proof of concept to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
- Mentor and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying and managing Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading agile teams and managing technical roadmaps.
