Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and software engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, focusing on bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Research emerging technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, including distributed systems and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
