The Role
As our Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing the core infrastructure that supports our 2026 roadmap. You will mentor top-tier talent, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our AI solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Roadmap Development: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize resource utilization for large-scale deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks; experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and executing long-term technical visions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
