Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade AI architectures designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary machine learning models.
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps for future product iterations.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging paradigms such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI architecture roles.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience leading high-impact R&D projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and the socio-technical implications of autonomous systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
