Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement a long-term technical strategy that anticipates market trends, focusing on AI agentic workflows and next-gen edge computing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development into Generative AI and Multimodal models, ensuring our proprietary algorithms remain ahead of the curve.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Build resilient, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects, establishing best practices for MLOps and DevSecOps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and product leadership.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and deploy high-impact optimizations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of driving cross-functional teams to success.
