- Roadmap Strategy: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, defining milestones and technical debt strategies for the next 2-3 years.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy through advanced training techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Neural Architecture Search.
