Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on advanced Generative Models and Autonomous Agents.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces and Neuromorphic chips.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and computer vision models into production.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
