Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation deep learning frameworks optimized for 2026 hardware standards.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating Quantum AI with traditional neural networks.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and engineering teams to ensure technological feasibility and compliance.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI products to market.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
