Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize deep learning infrastructure for high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Ensure AI ethics, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high code quality.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
