Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Define technical standards and best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and data governance.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system reliability through comprehensive testing strategies.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing and edge AI to inform long-term technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems that handle high-volume data streams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
