You will be responsible for the entire ML lifecycle, from model research and training to deployment at scale, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in the research and development of cutting-edge generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference and training speeds to handle millions of concurrent requests.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all development projects.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and NLP models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
