Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive architectural roadmap for our AI, Quantum, and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and product leads, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability across legacy and future platforms.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and scalability issues before they impact production environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical jargon into clear business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research and evaluate new tech stacks to ensure our architecture remains relevant.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation Focus: Demonstrated ability to work with emerging technologies, including AI/ML integration and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
