- Leadership: Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leads to translate technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Roadmap Execution: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high-impact technical initiatives on schedule.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Blockchain, Quantum) relevant to 2026.
