Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified demos
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Close 15+ deals monthly with average contract value of $10K-$15K
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of quota attainment
- Expertise in objection handling and complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering virtual demos
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
