Responsibilities
- Execute High-Volume Outreach: Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and accurately qualify leads to determine sales readiness.
- Demonstration Scheduling: Persuade prospects to book product demos with senior sales representatives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets on the weekend shift.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and share market insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
