Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads during the night shift to ensure 24/7 customer coverage.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients to drive revenue.
- Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales quotas through effective consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and retention teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and objections professionally to close deals.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote or hybrid night work.
