Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce/Sales Navigator and manage the sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their pain points, and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth for the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Albuquerque, NM.
