Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Product Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Closing: Utilize consultative selling techniques to close deals over the phone and secure contracts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking pipeline progress and forecasting.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Account Management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone voice.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and discipline.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
