Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Close deals by negotiating pricing and contract terms with qualified leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Log all customer interactions and sales data accurately into the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume call center environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional team events).
