Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions and close deals via virtual meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions effectively
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
