Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and present our solutions to decision-makers in the B2B sector.
- Manage and update a robust pipeline within Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Nurture client relationships to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, BDR, or SDR roles (Candidates with strong soft skills and hunger to learn are considered).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of closing deals.
