Responsibilities
- Execute outbound/inbound sales calls to qualified leads in Texas and surrounding regions
- Build rapport and present product solutions using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain detailed CRM records (Salesforce) and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekend shift training and team development sessions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (inside/outside sales)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
