Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM data analytics
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise clients across multiple verticals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas with 95%+ activity compliance
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce with 100% record hygiene
- Mentor junior reps on objection handling and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented $500K+ annual revenue
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Proven track record of exceeding 120% quota consistently
- Certification in Sandler Selling Methodology or Miller Heiman
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
