Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and email campaigns to generate qualified leads and close deals
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and forecast sales
- Develop customized solutions for clients by understanding their unique pain points and product requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Generate detailed sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
