Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching award-winning products/services
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation methodologies
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Blue Ocean, TRIZ, etc.)
