Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or product development leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI, IoT, or quantum computing applications
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience scaling startups through Series B+ funding
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Business required
