- Present innovation portfolio to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough capabilities with 18-24 month horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market disruption
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
