Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching transformative digital products
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI for experimental initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor talent in innovation methodologies and future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in agile development, design thinking, and lean startup methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling innovation programs in global enterprise environments
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) highly desirable
