Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years leading R&D in quantum computing or AI systems
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in agile development for cutting-edge hardware/software
- Strategic partnerships with DARPA or equivalent organizations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
