Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 high-impact innovation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Present innovation strategies and progress to board members and investors quarterly
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology sectors
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Published thought leader in innovation or future-focused publications
