Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and 2026 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive opportunities
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital funding
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major tech publications
