Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership, with 5+ in executive roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, or quantum computing implementation
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management and ROI analysis
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams in competitive markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
