Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration across enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in agile sprints
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor emerging talent through our FutureWorks Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2020+ product launches
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (minimum 5 citations)
- Expertise in federated learning and blockchain scalability solutions
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Track record of securing Series B+ funding for innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in AWS Quantum Computing and Google AI Leadership
